All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your order details and a unique order number. You can also check your order status in your account on our website under the “My Orders” section.

Shipping addresses can only be changed if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number to request an address update.
